What should I say? Will this end up working, or am I wasting my time?!? OMG, I have to what?!
Welcome to a typical work session in my office. Well, at least the days when I’m figuring out either my marketing, how to use new technology or some other admin type task. Give me a day with clients and I’m all good, but toss in one of these other items and, gulp…
Maybe your days are similar. Because let’s be honest: running a business is a lot of work and much of it can be outside our comfort zone.
So what’s a girl to do if she wants to love her workdays?
Here’s where I turn to the set of tools I have around making mindset shifts. I mean I can’t just avoid these activities and expect to have a thriving business.
And being stressed out all day leads to me being mean-mommy and overwhelmed-wife that night at home.
One of my favorite tools to use when the stress or overwhelm starts creeping in is tapping.
This week, I want to share a video filled with info on how tapping can help the solopreneur or small business owner tackle your marketing and other tasks with less stress, more ease, and even get better results.
Hurry, and watch it while you can because it will only be public for a little while.
Then I’m moving it into my online membership site as a tool that only my clients can access. That membership site only opens occasionally for new clients (stay tuned, because next week is one of those times!) so don’t miss out.
Or join the membership when it opens next week and get access to this and many other tools for your authentic marketing journey. 🙂
As always, I’m here if you have any questions, thoughts, or comments, just give me a shout (or send an email…I probably can’t hear if you shout from wherever you are!)
