Do you know your next best step?

I see you, girlfriend. You're doing all the things...serving clients, changing lives, and making your community a better place. You're balancing home and your business like a boss (or trying to anyway!) And I might add that you're doing it all amazingly.

But you maybe would not agree. You'd hhmm, haw and squirm a little while trying to explain away my compliment. Because there's more that you want before you agree that your business is right where you want it. No worries!! It just means that it's time to take your next step. 

You are part excited and part nervous thinking about moving forward. You imagine all that can be, which is awesome...until your mind kicks in and gets in the way, am I right? There must be a RIGHT way to do this...right?!

Actually, there's not. There's no magic formula or one right way to do any of this business stuff. One person's perfect solution is another's worst nightmare. Here's a reframe that will keep you sane: THERE'S NO RIGHT WAY, THERE'S ONLY YOUR WAY. Seriously, it's about finding your authenticity and coming from that place that will help you find not the right way, but the right way for YOU.


It's all on me or I have to be all the things

If you think that it's all on you or that you have to be all things to all people, you'll end up not pleasing anyone. Especially yourself. Try this on instead: YOU CAN'T GIVE WHAT YOU DON'T HAVE. Not because you don't want to, or because you don't care...but because you don't have it to give. When you give what you CAN give, and keep enough for yourself ALSO, well then, things move along with more ease.

 

There's so much to do, I don't know where to start

Yep, there's a lot to do and that will never change while you're in business. Heck, even if you had a 9-5 that wouldn't change. It's not about how much there is to do, it's about losing any inner conflict you have about doing it. It's about allowing what is and still finding your way. The truth is, DOING IS EASY WHEN YOU'RE IN ALIGNMENT. Dumping the toxic mindset and shedding any anxious thoughts is necessary to go forward with ease. 


As soon as I figure this out, I'll move things forward

Guess what? Clarity actually comes from moving ahead & taking action, not from overthinking. It's the act of trying things on and getting into motion that will give you your answers. Remember, YOU WON'T GET ANYWHERE WHILE STANDING STILL. So get into action and soon you'll see the answers starting to unfold.
